COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Florida residents 16 and up are eligible to be vaccinated. The Pfizer vaccine has been approved for anyone 16 and older. Those 18 and up may receive any available vaccine. provides a simple resource to locate available vaccines nearby. COVID-19 Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic at Town Hall: Saturday, June 26 beginning at 9 a.m.

The Town of Surfside will host a pop-up vaccination clinic on Saturday, June 26 beginning at 9 a.m. in Town Hall. Vaccines will be administered by the Florida Department of Health while supplies last (up to 150 patients). Both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be offered.

The clinic is open to everyone ages 12 and up. Those under 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and will receive the Pfizer vaccine only.

 Pre-registration is recommended. Registration will close when capacity has been reached. 


County Vaccine Information:

Miami-Dade County-run vaccination sites no longer require an appointment. Pre-register by visiting or calling 305-614-2014.

State and federal vaccination sites no longer require proof of residency for vaccinations. 

Winn-Dixie and Fresco y Más stores no longer require an appointment for a vaccine. Select Walgreens stores are also offering walk-up vaccines. Please check with those locations for availability prior to visiting the stores.
