The team is offering a regular rotation of fitness workouts, youth sports, story times, sing-along and more through ZOOM, a web-based video platform that can be easily accessed through your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Toning with Weights
Join us for a virtual toning class, get a total body workout, with a focus on muscle conditioning.
What Can I Use Instead of Dumbbells?

Yoga
Join us for virtual Yoga. In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

Aerobics/Body Sculpting Class
This class consists of various types of cardio aerobics including Low Impact and step aerobics that is easy to follow to enhance your cardio workout. This will be followed by a segment of strength training, abdominal workout, and cool down.

- Equipment: If you do not have a step you can do the same movements on the floor without a step. Two cans of soup can be used if you do not have weights, a broom or mop can be used if you do not have a body bar.
Cardio and Strength
This fitness class combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscles. The class will begin with a warm-up and offer modifications for every level and end with a cool down.

Through a series of exercises using resistance bands, balls, and rings, this workout helps build, sculpt, and tone muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates aids in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class.

Good Vibe Tribe for Tweens/Teens
The Good Vibe Tribe (a teen service adventures program) combines meaningful service with exciting adventures. We incorporate service-learning for teens as a form of education that involves personal reflection, practical skills, and social engagement to offer an opportunity for self-discovery, community connection that ensures a truly enriching experience. The meeting times will be focused on leadership and teambuilding activities as well as opportunities for participants to engage in community service projects.

SNAPOLOGY (Fun, LEGO based, S.T.E.A.M learning)
In this Snapology program children will begin to explore the world of robotics in Robopets and Creature Creator building. This involves moving animals that teach the fundamentals of robotic design along with learning about gear ratio, sensors, simple machines and programming. Whether learning about animal habitats or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building dancing birds and robotic dogs, your child is sure to have a great time

This weeks theme is : Ninja Dojo
In class 3 of our Snapology Ninjas curriculum, students will spend time exploring how ninjas learn and use their special skills. They will discover what happens in a dojo and use building bricks and their imaginations to create dojos of their own, giving our heroes places to learn, practice, train, eat, and rest! Activity: The students will use their creativity and imaginations to build a training dojo for their Ninjago® warriors.
