Welcome to the Town of Surfside's online payment website. We understand convenience is important to you. That's why we make it easy to pay your utility accounts online. To log in, you need your utility account number and billing ZIP code from your monthly statement. Payments made before 4 p.m. (Monday through Friday) will be applied to your account the next business day. There are no additional fees for this service.
The Town of Surfside is proud to introduce AutoPay for utility billing, a new feature designed to make managing monthly payments easier, faster and more convenient for residents.
With AutoPay, utility payments are automatically processed each billing cycle using a secure credit card or bank draft. This new option helps residents avoid missed due dates, eliminate late fees and enjoy greater peace of mind.
Residents can enroll by visiting the Town’s online payment portal and selecting the AutoPay option under Utility Billing. For assistance, the Utility Billing Department is available to help guide users through the process.
