                                               QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING

  
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF SURFSIDE, FLORIDA, WILL HOLD A QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2022 AT 5:30 P.M. AT 9293 HARDING AVENUE, SECOND FLOOR COMMISSION CHAMBERS, SURFSIDE, FLORIDA 33154.  THE TOWN COMMISSION WILL DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:   

• AN APPLICATION FOR 8800 COLLINS AVENUE SITE PLAN APPROVAL – 8809                     HARDING  AVENUE
• AN APPLICATION FOR 93 OCEAN SITE PLAN APPROVAL – 9309-9317 COLLINS                AVENUE

All persons are invited to appear at this meeting or be represented by an agent, or to express their views in writing addressed to the Town Manager, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, FL 33154. The applications, ordinances and all other documents related thereto are available for public inspection during normal business hours at Town Hall. Inquiries may be directed to the Town Clerk at (305) 861-4863

In accordance with the provisions of section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the town of surfside commission, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
