Sewer and Pump Station Temporary Moratorium

A Message from the Public Works and Building Departments:

Due to an emergency operating condition at a Miami Beach sanitary sewer pump station, Miami-Dade County has issued a temporary moratorium for Miami Beach, The Town of Surfside, Bal Harbour and Bay Harbor islands. Until this temporary Moratorium is lifted, the Town will not be able to provide sewer capacity allocation letters. The Town will resume with normal operations as soon as the temporary moratorium is lifted.
