The Town of Surfside offers On-Street and Off-Street (Municipal Parking Lot) options. There are handicap parking spaces available with a three hour maximum parking time limit. That is a non-renewable limit.

On-Street Parking: The parking rate in the Town of Surfside is $5 per hour for On-Street parking. There is a three hour maximum time limit, non-renewable. The Town offers the following payment options of multi-space meters and Pay By Phone.

On-Street Parking in the Business District: There is a variable parking rate in the Town of Surfside's Business District (9400 and 9500 blocks of Harding Avenue). The rate is $5 per hour and there is a three hour maximum time limit, non-renewable, enforced 24/7.

Off-Street Parking (Municipal Parking Lots): The parking rate is $5/hour with a three-hour non-renewable limit. The Town offers various payment options, dependent on the location, as follows: multi-space meters, and Pay By Phone.
