Parking Rates – Town of Surfside

The Town of Surfside offers on-street and off-street (municipal lot) parking. Handicap-accessible spaces are available with a three-hour maximum time limit, which cannot be renewed.

On-Street Parking

  • Standard Rate: $5 per hour, three-hour maximum (non-renewable).

  • Business District (9400 & 9500 blocks of Harding Ave.): $5 per hour, three-hour maximum (non-renewable), enforced 24/7.

Off-Street Parking (Municipal Lots)

  • Rate: $5 per hour, three-hour maximum (non-renewable).

  • Payment options vary by location and include multi-space meters and PayByPhone.

  • Payment is required at all times.

  • Minimum transaction: 1 hour. Additional time can be purchased in increments.
