Surfside Commissioner Gerardo Vildostegui participated in the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization’s (TPO) Bicycle Safety Workshop in Downtown Miami on Feb. 5. The event offered a hands-on opportunity to explore bicycle infrastructure in the area along with a technical session focused on bike safety. Commissioner Vildostegui, who advocated for the additional Citbike stations recently installed in Surfside, joined dozens of participants who took part in the Bike Ride followed by a networking lunch and the Technical Workshop on safety.
