Fire dancers, magicians and acrobats took center stage at Third Thursday: Cirque Under the Stars, transforming Surfside into a spectacle of lights, music and movement on Feb. 20.
The free monthly event, held at 93rd Street and Harding Avenue, drew a lively crowd eager to experience dazzling performances, live music and interactive entertainment. Residents and hotel guests enjoyed complimentary food and drink samples as they explored art stations, face painting and an acrobatic workshop.
Among those in attendance were Commissioner Nelly Vazquez, Vice Mayor Tina Paul and Commissioner Gerardo Vidostegui, who joined the festivities alongside Resort Tax Board members Cynthia Calloway, Clara Diaz-Leal, Diana Gonzalez, Judy Martinez and Eliana Salzhauer. The board members and elected officials welcomed attendees with enthusiasm, adding to the night’s vibrant energy.
With another successful evening in the books, Surfside invites the community to return for the next Third Thursday on March 20, promising another night of unforgettable entertainment.
