The Town recently acquired the property at 9333 Harding Avenue formerly owned by longtime residents Pamela and Michael O'Hagan. The Town Commission is looking for residents' input on how to best utilize this new space. Below is a summary of two options recently presented at the March Commission meeting, please click on the links to view more details.
Residents may vote by printing the voting sheet and dropping it off at the designated submission box inside Town Hall. Voters must include first and last name and a full Surfside address for their votes to count. One vote maximum per resident.
The voting sheet will also be included in the April Gazette.
The last day to vote is Sunday, April 6, so the Commission has the data available for the April 8 Town Commission meeting.
Option A: Surfside Fitness Club & Spa
A space for health and wellness where residents can work out and make use of professional gym equipment for both weight training and cardio exercise. The Club would include separate saunas and steam rooms for men and women.
