House Bill 107 (CS/HB 107: Wireless Communications While Driving), which makes texting while driving a primary traffic offense and which states that a motorist can be pulled over and issued a citation for not using a device in a hands-free manner in school and work zones,
is in full effect as of Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
