Josh’s Delicatessen and Appetizing is a modern take on a traditional Jewish Deli. Serving deli staples with a twist, there is a rotating menu to keep things interesting, and everything is made from scratch; the chef even bakes his own bread. If you’re there at breakfast, try the bagel platter or the spicy tuna latkes. Executive Chef and owner Josh Marcus dishes up crispy latkes with thinly sliced sushi-grade tuna and spicy mayo that will leave you wanting more. If you’re there at lunch, order one of the generous sandwiches, like the seared tuna reuben or the “Jewban” – pastrami, pork, pickle, and Swiss. It’s all delicious, and definitely not kosher.
