Winston's on the Beach

Ensconced within the lush grounds of the hotel, Winston’s on the Beach is yet another reason to visit The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. A casual, al fresco dining environment, the pool restaurant and bar offers a selection of salads and light meals focusing on local Florida flavors. The name is a nod to one of The Surf Club’s original famous guests, Winston Churchill, who loved painting the blissful scenery with watercolors. The dining concept blends inspiration from the property’s history with South Florida’s flavors, serving a light a la carte menu that’s perfect for poolside eats.
