Current Programming

Throughout the year, the Parks and Recreation Department hosts a number of programs for residents and visitors of all ages.

Interested in Becoming an Instructor or Offering a Program?

The Parks and Recreation Department is always looking and interested in new programs for youth, adult and seniors.

Interested vendors and instructors may submit their proposals for programs and services such as fitness, music, art, sports, etc.

While the Parks and Recreation Department is not currently adding new programs, other than previously scheduled at this time, interested vendors and instructors may submit their proposals for programs and services such as fitness, music, art, sports, etc.

Programs must be tailored to youth, adult or senior age groups.

Required Documentation

Individuals must have the following prior to submitting a proposal:

  • A Limited Liability Company (LLC)
  • Liability Insurance of up to at least $1,000,000 and Workers' Compensation of a minimum of $500,000
  • Certifications within the field (if applicable)

Proposals

All proposals must include the following:

  • Name of company
  • Program name and brief description
  • Age of participants
  • Availability (day and time)
  • Instructor to participant ratio
  • Location (indoors or outdoors)
  • Equipment needed
  • Proposed hourly fee

A list of references and work experience is also required.

The Town reserves the right to consider all proposals and choose the business that will best serve the community.
